Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location was truly amazing, really close to the beach and everything else I wanted to explore. The service was quite helpful, especially when they moved us to a quieter room. On the downside, the room itself had some annoying issues like loud noises from the street and a lack of storage space. While it was clean, the overall comfort could use some improvement.
I stayed at this hotel and found it to have a prime location, just a short walk to the beach, which I loved. The rooms were on the smaller side and could have been more comfortable. While the staff was generally kind, I did notice some gaps in service, like not having my bags taken to my room upon arrival. Overall, it has its advantages, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, but there was an annoying noise that kept cutting in every few seconds. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and local shops. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service, particularly with a privacy issue when staff entered my room unexpectedly. Overall, while it had some positives, it could definitely use improvement in a few areas.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants and a short walk to the beach, the rooms left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and noise. The service was somewhat lacking, but there were a few staff members who did stand out. Overall, it was decent, but improvements could definitely be made in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, thanks to its superb location right at the heart of Ao Nang. The rooms were spacious but came with a bit of noise from the traffic, which can be a downside. The service was a mixed bag, as while some staff members were helpful, others were less attentive. Dining had a decent selection but lacked variety, particularly in Western options. The pool area was nice and well-maintained, making for a relaxing spot to unwind after exploring.
